BaZi Chart

Privacy

Last updated: 6 October 2026. This is a preview of BaZi Chart; this notice will be expanded before accounts or payments launch.

What we process

  • Birth details you enter (date, time, place, time zone, gender option) are sent to our server in the page address to calculate your chart. Charts on their own are not stored.
  • Google sign-in (optional). If you sign in, we store your Google account id, email address and name to run your account and its free-reading allowance. Your Google profile photo is kept only in the sign-in session so the header can show it; it is not saved in our database. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Written readings. When you ask for a reading we store, with your account, the birth details of that chart and the reading text, so you can read it again. To write it we send the calculated chart facts (pillars, elements, strength, luck pillars) to an AI model provider via OpenRouter. We do not send your name, email, birthplace or birth date.
  • Compatibility (two people). The free comparison works like a single chart: both people's birth details travel in the page address and are not stored. If you buy a Compatibility Report, we store the other person's birth details (date, time, place, time zone, gender option) and the optional first name you enter for them with your order, to produce and re-deliver the PDF. Please only enter someone else's details if they are happy for you to.
  • Abuse prevention. We keep a short-lived counter keyed on a shortened form of your IP address to limit free readings, and we may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that requests come from a person.
  • Place search runs in your browser against a public city list we host; your search text is not sent to us.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and the requested address, which includes your birth details) to deliver and protect the site.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Plausible measure visits (pages viewed, and for Clarity how the page is used). Google Analytics and Clarity may set cookies. Plausible does not use cookies. Sign-in still uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

What we don't do

  • No advertising. We do not sell or share your birth details.
